Charming Stay with Personal Touches

Our three-night stay seemed like a mini-vacation! The cute staff assisted us in planning excursions flawlessly. Breakfast in the garden surrounded by lemon trees was good. For future guests, request the prosecco at the pool for a refreshing break after exploring. A bit tricky to find, but worth it!

Good-sized rooms with private balconies provide a nice spot to relax. The pool area offers a serene environment. A short walk takes you to the main square lined with shops and restaurants.

Getting to the hotel can be a real headache, especially with luggage. The instructions were convoluted and not clear in English. Over the course of our stay, daily room cleaning only happened once. It felt a bit lacking in upkeep. The bar closes early, limiting evening social options, and while the atmosphere is charming, the strong scent throughout the hotel may not suit everyone.

had 2 days in capri, spending our time here lovely. the staff was really helpful and caring, we had a friendly check-in. this hotel was set in a central area near the center of capri, and enough to all the shopping, restaurants, funicular and bus stations. moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from marina piccola.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Capri. The staff was welcoming, the accommodation was perfect and fairly clean. The location of the property was marvellous and incredible, by lovely gardens.

The place was super clean and cozy were good, although I wished they had cleaned my room more frequently. Pro tip, definitely ask for fresh cappuccinos at breakfast, they're the best ☕️

Parents be aware that the pool has limited hours for kids. The air con can get too cold.

Consierge's suggestions, in general (restaurants i.e., i found better ones with better food and nicer view, some of which were also cheaper.)

Here's my take on it

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from Capri's main square, offering tranquility yet easy access to shops. The staff's friendliness made an impact, and the pool area was a lovely escape after exploring. As noted, the walk can be challenging with luggage, and the breakfast could use improvement, but the ambiance and service won me over.

The location was really excellent. \i had a good view from my room and i like the homey atmosphere of the hotel as a whole. The staff was also very friendly and all very helpful. \i would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends
